What's included in the private class: 1. The Sharp Edge Base: Before we drip, we smooth. Learn how to achieve perfectly straight sides and sharp edges with buttercream. 2. Ganache Science: Learn the difference between ganache for filling, frosting, and dripping. We will cover the correct ratios for white, milk, and dark chocolate. 3. The Temperature "Sweet Spot": Discover how to test your ganache to ensure it is fluid enough to run but thick enough to stay put. 4.
